Since establishing itself as a leading manufacturer of copper based ingots and the significant level of investment that has followed, CF Booth is now a manufacturer of larger cast and machined products in both billet and slab forms.
With the capabilities to cast both billets and slabs in permanent mould form on an unprecedented scale, complimented by our in house cutting and machining operations using the very latest CNC technology, we can offer our cast product range to customers requiring forging stock, bar stock and rolling mills.
Dependent on material type (Billet or Slab), our usual cast and machined product range starts at approximately 180mm Diameter. Common materials offered include Nickel Aluminium Bronze (EN 1982, CC333G, CuAl10Fe5Ni5), Brass (C46500) and Copper Nickel (CuNi30, CuNi10).
Our cast and machined slabs are available in a wide range of Bronze’s such as:
